If you need help with warranty service for your CleanMate robot vacuum, please follow the RMA procedure below:

CleanMate QQ2 RMA procedure:
1. Complete the RMA form with detailed descriptions of the problem for your vacuum.(download RMA form)
or fill out the online RMA form instead

2. Email the form with a copy of order receipt to support@metapo.com

3. We only provide warranty service for US customers who bought the produce from authorized retail channels.

4. We will email you a RMA number & return instructions within 3 business days, or provide a reason for RMA denial.

5. After you receive a RMA number, please return your the product to Metapo with freight prepaid. You need to use original package to avoid shipping damage.

6. Your assigned RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
